Joel Gomez · Owner & project manager

One project.
Many moving parts.
Personal accountability.

Joel is involved from scope development through final completion: reviewing the property, coordinating trades, discussing selections, and keeping homeowners informed.

Our approach centers on a defined scope, direct communication, and documented decisions. That structure helps you understand what is happening in your home and what comes next.
