  • Clean craftsmanship, honest communication, and materials that last.

    1. Walk-In / Curb-less Showers - proper slope, waterproofing, linear drains, benches, niches.

    2. Soaking Tubs — freestanding or alcove, reinforced subfloor and surround.

    3. Custom Vanities & Storage — solid wood only (no veneer), Blum hardware.

    4. Tile Floors & Walls — large-format, herringbone, stacked; heated option available.

    5. Lighting & Ventilation — moisture-rated lights, quiet fans, dimmers.

    6. Layout Corrections — code-compliant plumbing/electrical moves when needed.

    1. On-Site Walkthrough — confirm goals, scope, and measurements.

    2. Detailed Estimate — clear line-items separating labor and materials.

    3. Selections & Ordering — we help confirm specs before you buy materials.

    4. Build Phase — demolition, rough-ins, waterproofing, tile, paint, and finishes.

    5. Final Walkthrough & Warranty — inspection, punch list, and 1-year workmanship coverage.

    Note: Material pick-ups are $120 per trip (plus trailer rental if needed). If you ask a worker for a change, they’ll pause and call the Project Manager before proceeding.

  • Included:

    • Demolition and haul-off

    • Subfloor prep and waterproofing

    • Tile installation (floors, walls, niches)

    • Vanity install and trim work

    • Paint and caulking

    • Basic fixture install (faucets, shower heads, toilets)

    Not Included:

    • Owner-purchased materials (tile, vanity, plumbing fixtures, glass, lighting, mirrors)

    • Glass shower doors (we coordinate with our glass partner)

    • Unforeseen framing or plumbing issues discovered after demo

    You purchase the visible items; we provide the skilled labor and installation.
